Responsibilities
Calm-focused, in-person Fellow
Business development, Marketing, Knowledge Management, and Project Delivery
You will be the linchpin in leveraging/adapting a GPT to transforming our disorganized Google Drive into a seamless, internal AI-powered GPT, that can) turn disparate qualitative data into well-articulated proposals and marketing content. The purpose is to adapt an externally available AI agent(s) or platform for our own private internal company GPT that can read all of my laptop and team Google drive to give the business development, content marketing,
and project execution abilities of our senior people to our junior staff and newcomers.
This pivotal role is about converting diverse, incomplete data into compelling, AI-driven proposals and marketing strategies targeted at a specific audience.
As part of our firm, you will be entrusted with the digital transformation of this small (but mighty!) public policy company, a role that will need you to tap into your problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and eagerness to learn and adapt in the ever-evolving field of AI.
- Strategy
- Distill research into actionable research aligned to clients’ government relations priorities
- Evaluate research, formulate hypotheses, and communicate recommendations to company management.
- Help write Gulf public policy and market entry plans and special Middle East market intelligence sectoral briefing memos for high tech companies.
- Support project execution for Gulf market plans and sectoral briefing memos.
- Analysis

- Analyze AI public policy companies’ trends, Web3, and fintech public policy trends.
- Evaluate Gulf legislative, licensing and regulatory shifts in the digital economy, focusing on fintech, web3, and AI
- Develop compelling thought leadership, op-eds, newsletters, and presentations to elevate our profile.
- Bring business insights – to undertake market & policy analysis of markets, regulators, and competitors to TMC management
- Teach your manager about your research and develop a well-organized research library in our Google Shared Drive for easy retrieval.
- Junior Manager Experience
Work with CEO to build the company organization
- Carry out specific organizational junior management tasks, and company business planning-related priorities
- Managing upwards to firm leadership – Escalate smartly. Align with the CEO, making sure the scope is feasible and practical; provide project tracking and reporting internally to ensure milestones are being met.

Essential
- Native-equivalent English written skills – can easily digestible content in Google slides and Google docs
- In-person in San Francisco; already have visa to work in the United States

- Worked in an actual startup (not a startup initiative in a large company)
- Experience in fintech companies, licensing, public policy, or working abroad.
